Is a husband allowed to drink his wife’s breast milk?

Answer:

Jazāk Allāh Khayr/ Thank you for your question.

It is the consensus of the mainstream Islamic jurists that it is islamicaly impermissible for a man to drink his wife’s breast milk. (See al Dur al Mukhtār)

The milk produced in the breasts of a woman is for infants. It is not permissible for an adult to consume such milk unless in extreme dire situations such as for medical reasons.
