We offer refunds under specific circumstances as outlined below. Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased.
2. Refund Eligibility
Digital Products
- Refunds are only available for digital products if:
- The product was not delivered.
- There is a technical issue preventing the use of the product, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Online Courses or Subscriptions
- Refunds for online courses or subscriptions are available if:
- The course materials were not accessed or downloaded.
- A request is made within 15 days of purchase or enrollment.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun, but you may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
Donations
- Donations are non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, please contact us within 30 days for assistance.
Other Services
- Refunds for events, counseling, or other services not listed will only be granted under the following conditions:
- Cancellation made prior to the event or service.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

- Event tickets post event
- Courses that have completed
