Question:
A lady is in iḥrām and the duration of ḥayḍ (menses) is complete with the passing of 10 days. She is still bleeding but not continuous, to make her a ma’dhūr. She does get enough time in between, to offer farḍ ṣalāh before she bleeds again. What will be the method or way for her to perform her ‘Umrah and ṭawāfs, taking into consideration that anytime during the ṭawāfs she could bleed.

A woman who has surpassed the maximum days of menses (ḥayḍ) is considered a mustaḥāḍah [in irregular bleeding]. She is classified amongst the ma’dhūr (excused). Such a person will only make one wuḍū for the duration of one entire prayer time. With that one wuḍū, she can pray, make ‘Umrah and ṭawāfs as many as she wants despite the impurities exiting, for the entire duration of the prayer time until the next prayer time does not commence. “The Prophet (peace and blessings upon him) instructed Fāṭimah Bint Abī Ḥubaysh (may God be pleased with her) to wash her discharge and pray. Such a woman who had excessive discharge was also instructed to make wuḍū for every prayer, until the time for the next prayer came.” – (Abū Dāwūd 298)[3]
