Overview
Arabic was the language chosen by Allah to convey His revelation to humanity during the
Muhammadan era, and much of the Islamic intellectual and spiritual heritage has been
transmitted through it. The Mathabah Learning Centre has developed a distinctive program
designed to guide students from having no prior knowledge of Arabic to the ability to analyze
and translate complex classical Islamic texts. Graduates of the program will acquire the
requisite skills to engage deeply with these works, enabling them to uncover the insights of the
scholarly tradition and apply them meaningfully to contemporary contexts.
